However, you can develop your own personal plan to create a balanced daily ritual that works for you. Here is a sample of three priorities that would take less than 20 minutes a day when you have a busy schedule.
1. Move spend 10 minutes on a walk around the block.
2. Rest, give your self a mental break or a physical break for at least 3 minutes of your day to just sit and relax.
3. Reflect on what brings comfort and peacefulness in your life.
