We, you and I, start with a conversation. You drive the process in the areas you want to see the change in your life. You might not know, why you have failed in previous attempts, but you know what has worked in the past. We will work with your success and apply it as necessary with small changes in the areas you want help. For example, if you want to eat healthy, you can add to your diet eating one fruit a day or as simple as having a half of glass of water when you first wake up in the morning. It’s not easy but you can do it. The services cover four main areas: Behavioral Change, Physical Activity, Nutrition and Stress Reduction Classes.

Health and Wellness Coaching is a process provided to help you identify HOW to gain self awareness?, which in turn will help discover WHAT activities accurately and authentically describe what you like to do? Using your strengths and guided coaching by Susan Scarlet-Macaw, you can start seeing changes in your life. After much research and applying the process to her own life she can now help you achieve your best!
